The ICI organization allows anyone affected by inappropriate behavior on the part of the personnel working for the organization to file a complaint. It is a legitimate right to make a complaint or a comment concerning a particular situation relating to a program or a service. To file a complaint, you can contact management directly. Your complaint must be based on real and demonstrable facts.
To file a complaint, you must contact management in writing, by telephone, by email, by mail or by presenting yourself directly at ICI's facilities. You may need to make an appointment for an initial meeting and follow-up.
